How to taste, store, and serve wine

Brianza owner, winemaker, and sommelier, Tony Parnigoni, guides you on this educational and sipping journey. We will incorporate a minimum of six wines including a Sparkling, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet. Sip on the same wine out of three different glasses to ascertain the variances. Learn the basics of how to swirl, understanding “legs” and diagnose the “the nose”.  Experience the sip enjoying the mid palate, and finish. Lastly, Tony discusses how to properly store wine, what the type of cork means, and what to stay away from on some “Sale” wines.
