Brianza owner and winemaker, Tony Parnigoni, steps you through the basics of winemaking. This is the perfect course if you may try to make wine or just want to learn. We will spend 45 minutes in a classroom setting detailing basic process and chemistry and then finish in the winery discussing types of equipment needs. We will tailor the class to beginners and small production one step beyond kit wines.
$30 per person.
