Owner, winemaker, and sommelier, Tony Parnigoni leads this class and tasting. He will break down in layman’s terms how to understand the five main wine regions including what wines are popular, what grapes are dominant, and how to read those confusing labels. Good French wine usually does not tell you what the grapes are in the wine. The focus will be on wines from:

• Champagne
• Burgundy
• Loire Valley
• Rhone Valley
• Bordeaux

There will be a blend of white and red wine that is predominantly dry.
